Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!

Pets - Max 2 Allowed

One-time Pet Fee: $300 for one pet, or $600 for two pets.

Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet

The weight limit is 60 lbs. per pet. Please keep in mind that no exotic animals are permitted.

Breed Restrictions Apply. Aggressive breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are not allowed. These breeds include, but are not limited to: American Staffordshire Terrier, Dalmatian, Pitbull, Siberian Husky, Chow, Doberman, and Rottweiler.
